ROTATE <factor_matrix>,<#_of_factors>,L / ROTATION=OBLIMIN,Delta,Max_iter
makes the direct Oblimin rotation (oblique) by Jennrich and Sampson
(Harman: Modern Factor Analysis, 2nd ed., pp.334-341).
Parameters Delta and Max_iter are optional.
Delta determines how oblique the factors will be.
Delta=0 (default) gives the most oblique factors.
On negative values of Delta, factors become more orthogonal.
Max_iter (default 30) gives the maximum number of iteration rounds.
