ROTATE <factor_matrix>,<#_of_factors>,L  / ROTATION=ORTHO_CLF,b
makes Jennrich's orthogonal CLF (Component Loss Function) rotation using
the Linear Right Constant (b) criterion. Default value of b is 0.3.
