EPS <PSfile>,<New_PSfile>,PAGES
copies <PSfile> made by PRINT to <New_PSfile> and adds comments
%%Page: <page_number> <page_number> 
in front of each page.
This conversion is useful e.g. when a multipage document made by Survo
is scanned by the GSview program.
