Current Survo device drivers for PRINT/PLOT operations:

PS.DEV                 PostScript
EPSON.DEV              Epson printers  (PRINT only)
DESKJET.DEV            HP DeskJet      (PRINT only)
LASERJET.DEV           HP LaserJet     (PRINT only)

For PostScript printing (PS.DEV), supplementary drivers are
GCHAR.DV2   for graphic characters (box graphics),
MATH.DV2    for mathematical symbols.
PSFONTS.DV2 for various extra fonts (Bookman,NewCenturySchlbk, etc.)
